Please Contact Your Builder – If your product is in the full warranty period and you believe that you have a warranty issue per the terms and conditions of your warranty, do not contact Latham Pool Products, Inc., instead contact your original retail seller / dealer and they will work with us to review the warranty issue.
Pro-Rated Warranty Period
File Online with Latham – If your product is in the pro-rated warranty period and you believe that you have a warranty issue per the terms and conditions of your warranty, please review the Warranty Claim Checklist below for the items required to submit a warranty claim online.

- Confirm You’re Covered – Your Latham product has an issue that is covered under warranty.
- Start the Claim Process – Get a checklist of photos and information needed to submit your claim then select your product from the list below.
What to Expect
- Submit Your Claim – Fill out the online form providing all the required details of your warranty claim, including any photos or information listed below.
- Claims Specialist Review – Our warranty claims specialist will review the information you’ve provided.
- Settlement – If the warranty claim is approved or invalid, a warranty claims specialist will email you with the results.
