Latham Pool Products and its majority investor have joined forces with pool liner and cover manufacturer GLI Pool Products of Youngstown, Ohio.
The agreement adds a factory, 340 employees and the GLI brand to the Latham Pool Product portfolio that already ranks as the largest swimming pool maker in the world.
