What does Latham Pool Products do to foster the health and well-being of its employees? We have several programs, from our culture club activities and monthly wellness topics to our quarterly newsletters and recognition of employee birthdays and work anniversaries.

How much effort does your company put into occupational health and safety programs? Our safety team works closely with our insurance team, constantly reviewing safety metrics and creating new initiatives. As a result, we have seen a reduction in workplace injuries.

Does Latham Pool Products offer incentives to employees who take part in company wellness programs? Latham offers an annual medical reduction incentive for employees who complete a biometric screening and complete a health reimbursement account questionnaire. We also offer Virgin Pulse Global Challenge for top contenders in our walking challenges.

What portion of your workforce is involved in company wellness and health programs? Latham has roughly 37% of its population participate in the wellness initiatives. We also feature monthly wellness promotions. Recently, we conducted a “blue day” to honor men’s health month. For every employee wearing a blue shirt, our chief executive Scott Rajeski agreed to donate $5 to the Canadian Cancer Society or Zero-Men’s Prostrate Cancer.
