Latham Pool Products has recruited Jeff Leake, a former executive vice president with Curt Manufacturing of Wisconsin, as its new chief operating officer overseeing manufacturing, supply chain and logistics.
The hiring of Leake marks the sixth addition to the senior leadership team of the world’s largest in-ground swimming pool maker in the past 19 months.
Chief executive Scott Rajeski has brought in a new chief marketing officer, chief information officer, chief financial officer, chief commercial officer, chief of staff and chief operating officer since November 2018.
