When the sun turns the day off, you can turn the night on. Just because no one is in the pool, doesn’t mean it can’t be a great backdrop for your chilly nights out. Picture this: the firepit is burning, you’re bringing the old blankets and pillows out, the sounds of the night are loud and relaxing – all you need now is something to sip on.

Bourbon Cranberry Cocktail
Ingredients for 10-12 servings
2 cups fresh cranberries
1 cup orange juice
⅓ cup sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
1 liter bourbon
Orange Peels for Garnish
Directions
Combine cranberries, orange juice, sugar and cinnamon sticks in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and cranberries start to pop (5 minutes). Let cool, and then combine with the bourbon in a pitcher.
The Essential Espresso Martini
Ingredients (1 serving)
1 oz. espresso
1.5 oz. vodka
1.5 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. Crème De Cocoa
Ice
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake well for 20 seconds, strain into a martini class – adding espresso beans for a nice garnish. Add ice to a blender and blend ingredients for a frozen one!
Cinnamon Tequila Sour
Ingredients (2 servings)
2 oz Tequila
2 tbsp simple syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 egg white (optional)

Directions
Pour tequila, simple syrup, lemon juice, and cinnamon into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake well for 15-20 seconds, strain into 2 chilled glasses – use egg white in first step as an option – shake well and strain twice.
Earl Gray Martini
Ingredients (2 servings)
1 tsp Earl Gray Tea leaves
1.5 oz. gin
White sugar – for rimming
1 wedge lemon
1.5 oz. lemon juice
2 oz. simple syrup
Directions
Sprinkle tea leaves over gin, let steep for 2 hours. Pour ½ inch of white sugar into a small plate, or rimming plate. Rim the martini glasses with the wedge of 1 lemon, dip the rims in a circular motion into the white sugar. Strain the infused gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker over ice, and shake until the outside is frosted, strain again into glasses to be served.
The Classic Hot Toddy
Ingredients (1 serving)
2 fluid oz boiling water
1.5 oz whiskey
1 tsp honey
3 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 slice lemon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
Directions
Pour boiling water, whiskey, and honey into a mug. Add cloves, cinnamon, and a lemon slice. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes so the flavors can marry, and sprinkle the nutmeg just as about to serve on top.
