“Whether it was the janitor, the person answering the phone, the person that would greet you at the front door … right up to the CEO or a board member, I always made sure I treated every person the same,” he said. “I didn’t try to differentiate someone based on the level they were at in the organization. And I think that means a lot when you can do that. And I think that’s really helped me with what I’ve done here at Latham.”
