Inground Liners – Terms and Conditions

This is NOT a Consumer / Homeowner Offer. Offer is Valid ONLY for Authorized Latham Dealers.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee – limited to the original purchaser.
  • Coverage:
    • Material or Manufactured defects which fall outside the standard Latham warranty – 1 year from the date the liner is manufactured.
      • As per the standard warranty Latham reserves the right to repair or cover items as described below.
      • Material defects or degradation – which fall outside the current Latham standard warranty, Latham will either arrange a free of charge repair or provide a credit for the original liner including standard water and labor, extended service contracts (when applicable) and freight. *Photos and/or sample may be required to process a claim.
      • Re-order PO information is required to process claims for credit.
      • Fit problems – which fall outside the current Latham standard warranty, Latham will either arrange repair or provide credit for the original liner including standard water and labor, extended service contracts (when applicable) and freight.
      • Satisfaction Guarantee claims outside the standard warranty are limited to 1 remake; 2nd remakes where a satisfaction claim has already been submitted are not eligible.
    • Dealer Installation or Measuring errors –
      • Issues identified prior to installation, during installation or identified as installation or measuring error during issue evaluation.
      • 50% off remakes (must be applied on the remake order).
      • No credits issued for remakes.
    • Guaranteed service (does not include priority remakes or rushes) –
      • If Latham does not meet its promise date, Latham will credit 10% of the original invoice price.
      • Redemption must be presented within 7 business day of the actual liner ship date.
        * Credits are not automatically applied.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee – Only valid on the following brands: Latham, Pacific, Fort Wayne, Premier, Oasis, Performance, Kafko, Plastimayd and Vynall. Not valid on discounted liner brands such as Signature
